This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in supporting daily transportation and logistics operations, ensuring shipments are coordinated efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating freight movements, communicating with carriers and drivers, tracking shipments, and resolving operational issues as they arise. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will contribute directly to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the continued growth of our transportation business.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers and drivers.
Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics plans.
Track, update, and maintain shipment statuses using internal logistics and transportation systems.
Prepare, review, and process shipping and transportation documentation, including bills of lading and, where applicable, customs-related paperwork.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate operational records and assist with reporting, documentation, and data entry as required.
Support day-to-day dispatch and logistics coordination activities to ensure efficient transportation operations.
Requirements
High school diploma is required; post-secondary education in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or a related field is considered an asset.
Previous experience in logistics coordination, transportation, dispatch, or a related role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in English is required for daily communication and documentation.
Ability to speak Cantonese is a strong asset and will be considered an advantage.
Comfortable using computers and basic software applications, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and perform effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
