About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, patient, and communicative Bilingual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join a premium cabinet manufacturing showroom in Vaughan. Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Serve as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming B2B and B2C clients to the showroom and providing professional preliminary guidance.
  • Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phone calls and manage the company’s email inbox, accurately recording and dispatching client inquiries in both English and Mandarin.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily data entry, document formatting, and maintaining internal operational tracking sheets.
  • Team Coordination: Assist the sales and warehouse logistics teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely information flow across departments.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in standard office software, particularly MS Excel and Word.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, detail-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience: Entry-level friendly; prior customer service or office administration experience is an asset but not strictly required.
