Leadbond Development, Toronto based builder in low-rise residential, is currently looking to hire a Construction Coordinator to add to their growing team.

Reporting to Project manager, the construction Coordinator’s responsibilities will include:

  • Assist PM to administer tender awards to subcontractors and suppliers, including evaluation of tenders as required.
  • Manage subcontractor Start-up Documents, and ensure completeness.
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Visit job sites at least 5 times a week or as needed to assess progress and provide hands-on leadership.
  • Communicate with site supervisors, trades, suppliers, and external construction management team to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

ideal candidate will have the following necessary qualifications:

  • 3 years+ of experience in a low-rise residential site-construction coordination.
  • Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction software (e.g., Auto Cad) is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

 Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Permanent – fulltime
  • Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 CAD
  • Working hours: 30 hours per week
  • Location: Richmon Hill/ Markham ON
